I originally set up this site one day after taking it upon myself to clean out the refrigerator at work. Guess I was feeling a bit masochistic that day! After about the third find, I knew I had to do something - the number of bizarre specimens was becoming too great to just quietly throw away. After discarding the idea of an actual display on the counter, I hit upon the idea of taking photos and making a website.

I originally requested any identification anyone cared to share, but no one wanted to take the responsibility of ownership that would've required. Unfortunately these photos are not of the best quality due to our poor old digital camera, but they're good enough.
